Critical: Professionalism Rude, bullying and pushy and it's all about the Landlord. A change of story every time communication ensued, would not recommend, a throughly unpleasant existence. Save your money and go to other agents who actually have manners.

I moved to Haslemere last year not knowing the area and having only used massive international letting agents. Property services Haslemere came up on rightmove and I decided to give them a go. I can tell you now, the service you receive is top class. Denise and the team are really personable and build good relationships with their customers, if there are any problems in your home then they rectify it immediately.
Next day if its something which is feasible to do that quickly. Everything is fair, at the end of tenancy checkout or throughout tenancy if there were any work carried out requiring a cost to either myself or the landlord, Property services were very fair to both landlord and myself. They did not favour either side and fought both corners to make sure the fairest outcome is achieved. I would describe them as open and honest.
If I was given the choice again to choose between Property services Haslemere or a large well known agency then I would choose property services everytime. Thank you again to Denise and the team for a great tenancy, Matthew & Anne-Marie
