Very good quality, professionalism, responsiveness and engagement with tenants. All the team has been very helpful from the beginning when we started to look for a place to move in Wokingham (which was in a very difficult time, at the beginning of covid) until we moved out. Every question answered, every issue resolved very quickly. Very helpful and understanding of our move out circumstances, especially Helena Roseblade. Definitely recommend using Michael Hardy!

Asked to provide additional details, hence the edit. We were told on two separate occasions that we were unable to make an offer on a property due to an offer having been accepted 2-3 days prior. It was only after reminding this estate agent that they have a legal obligation to present all offers to the vendor did they agree to do so. We were quickly advised that the vendor had rejected our offer, which was above list, but that nothing from the vendor would be available in writing. Upped to 3 stars as they were friendly and helpful on the phone, but the entire situation seemed strange and not understanding the legal side of things is concerning.
