First time using Prospect, first time moving in anywhere with my partner so a new experience for both of us. Prospect were superb and managed everything very well, with no issues at all.

Jasper was incredibly helpful and professional, from enquiry to moving in he has always answered our questions quickly and with great detail. I would definitely reccomend using Prospect again if we needed too.

Would highly recommend Prospect and Jasper in particular. He had been extremely helpful in our property search. He was quick to organise viewings and submitting applications which lead to us finding our dream home. No question has been too big or too small, he always gets back to me promptly and has made me feel very confident moving forward with my move.

Prospect Estate Agency were fantastic throughout my sale. Even though it all fell through due to reasons out of our control, I cannot fault their service. Shaun gave a good sale and was a pleasure to deal with. Asmita was absolutely brilliant, she was so kind and compassionate. Everyone was efficient and replies were timely. Overall a great experience with a really friendly local agency.

Just started using Prospect this year as a landlord. I have found the team to be very professional and helpful. They work hard to find quality tenants and are very transparent in their engagement.
Special mention for Chris - nothing is a problem for him. He is diligent, very responsive and helpful. So easy to do business with. When Chris went on holidays, Les stepped in and ensure everything continued to run smoothly. Angela is also very approachable and works tirelessly to sort out all the admin and paperwork.

Darren, Connor and Skyla make for an incredible team, who are attentive, honest and motivated. After experiencing several issues with another estate agent, prospect stepped up and demonstrated how a professional estate agency works.

They might not be the smallest commission around. However, they offer far more than a cheap suit and a cheesy sales pitch.

Properties are normally let very quickly through them. My property manager, Claudia, is always available to answer questions, and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

We were shown a couple of properties by Skyla. We were really impressed with her knowledge of the properties and their sellers. We have found other chains of estate agents werent able to answer even the most basic of questions about the properties we viewed such as "Where is the boiler?" but Skyla was able to answer all the questions we had. She was lovely, bubbly and kept our son happy and smiley as we went round the houses.

I have recently moved into a new property and the process has been an absolute dream. Les showed us around and done everything he could to ensure that we secured the property, kept me up to date at all times and went above and beyond for me.
