Kevin, Lynne and Adele are a very professional team - knowledgable of the local market, very professional and efficient but with an approachable, personal touch. Kevin provided us with really good practical advice and support at the beginning of the process, of what was not a conventional sale. Lynne was extremely helpful and resourceful in the face of dealing with a very 'challenging' individual.
I was afforded lots of time and support and was never left feeling an inconvenience. Despite the complications of outgoing tenants, medical emergencies, listed building hicups and pernickety professionals the team kept everything on track and moving (special credit has to go to Lynne on this front). I would not hesitate to recommend Belton Duffey to anyone considering selling a property.

The team in the Fakenham office are absolutely the best estate agents I have ever used. Throughout a torturous sale and purchase with a long and very volatile chain, Emma, Kate & Paul kept me fully informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and without their support and guidance over many, many months I seriously doubt the move would have ever taken place. When we hit snags, and on occasions significant obstacles, they worked their socks off to find a way through.
They consistently went above and beyond to provide truly outstanding service, always with good humour and courtesy whilst being friendly, approachable and always professional; I highly recommend them.

Reliably good food. The service was not the usual level when eating outside but it met the social distancing/ covid secure requirements. Don't let this put you off.

Make early and more frequent visits to let homes under their management. In my case an initial visit after 3 months found the tenant had done a runner after overcrowding the cottage with 6 or more people, burned curtains, broken lamps, left a filthy greasy kitchen and rugs/floors, dumped junk and piles of unpaid bills. What kind of landlord references did Belton Duffy get for this tenant??
