It has been a great experience with OpenArch! Megan Sullivan has been my agent and she has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process. She has gone far and beyond to help me with the property, responding promptly to my queries and doubts and helping me with the moving process. Megan helped me with various things as I was moving from another city and made the whole process so smooth and stress free. Massive plus! Megan Sullivan is a respectful and nice lady. She goes above and beyond in ensuring that tenants are comfortable in their home. The first day I spoke to her concerning an issue I could sense her genuine interest and concern in what I was saying and she did her best in ensuring that the issue was dealt with. She is very professional and easy to talk to. I would recommend OpenArch highly because she is an employee there.

I have had an excellent experience with OpenArch! Robin Speed was my agent and he was very helpful and supportive throughout my search process, responding promptly to my numerous questions. The flat surpassed my expectations when I collected the keys as it had been freshly painted and new items of furniture had been put in to replace the previous items. Massive plus! Overall extremely pleased and I would highly recommend Robin and OpenArch for anyone searching for accommodation in Cambridge.
