***WARNING*** Rented a property for 3 years, recently left. The landlord did the bare minimum in the way of maintenance to property, the landlord even turned up at the property unannounced and uninvited asking to come in! The landlord wants 1,700! The deposit was only 1000. A dirty moldy hole and the landlord wants to give his house a make over with my money. Obviously the landlord is a crook, but the estate agent are trying to bully myself and my partner.
Now we have had to contact the council, citizens advice just to try and get our deposit back. I have rented with many estate agents over the years and this has never happened before. STAY AWAY FROM ANDERSON'S LETTING!

Anderson's are extremely efficient, friendly and fair to their rental tennants as you would expect of any estate agent. What seperates my experience with them from other estate agents in their added support throughout the tenancy period, the amazingly quick responses to any issue that arises and the support we received during the end of tenancy which helped us maximise our deposit return. Justin the in-house Maintenance Manager in particular was extremely supportive.
