I've been with Readings Property Group almost 5 years this August. These were the best 5 years of my life. I moved into the property (from my parents house to living alone) and I was a little scared, but Readings helped me transition very well. I was able to call them or email if I had any question (even the small silly little questions) and they got back to me really quickly. All the ladies were very polite and helpful.

If something was wrong I'd report it and the next morning someone would be around to fix it. I had to move out as I now have 2 children and the property was only 1 bedroom. I moved out 4 days ago and I've already received my deposit back. Overall extremely satisfied. Hope to rent from you guys soon x

Readings Property Group managed the property I was living for 4 years. They are brilliant in communication and understood all of my needs. Always willing to help with all my queries from sorting out paperwork to resolve any problems. They are trying their best to accommodate any issues as fast as possible, working in full agreement with the owner. I wish I wouldn't have to leave!

Currently rent a property from them. When ever there is a problem it takes ages to get sorted out. Currently been without electric to cooker for 3 days now. So no way of cooking any food. Can only report stuff online and then takes forever to get resolved. Previous oven the grill broke and was on way out as very old machine. Took 3 months to replace. Had fan fitted for bathroom because of mold took 4 men working on it 7hours to fit a poxy fan and left our bathroom in a state.

On renting the property had to pay off the previous tenants electric debt before being able to be in credit. Absolute joke. How can you report an emergency when no one is there to answer phones at weekends or takes days to even respond.

It has been a pleasure renting with Readings. We had a flat with them for 7 years, if we ever had any problems (which was very rare) the problem was sorted straight away with good communication and response time. Readings took over my management of my property at very short notice, quickly took control of the (stressful and chaotic) situation and got the tenants back on track in no time. I reside abroad, so it's not easy dealing with maintenance issues or day-to-day communications. Trina and her team are always quick to get back to me, send me statements regularly and contact me straight away when there are problems; this gives me great piece of mind.

Most importantly, they look after the tenants. On several occasions they have gone the extra mile by dealing with difficult developers, chasing replacement fixtures and fittings and negotiating with contractors; all for a very reasonable fee. Would highly recommend.

I lived in one of their properties for three and a half years. Only had a couple of maintenance issues and they were dealt with very quickly, also they were very helpful when sorting out taking someone off of the tenancy. I also got my deposit back at the end of the tenancy with no issues. I would definitely recommend and would still be staying with them now if I could!
