Very impressed with Daniel from WestCoast. We have met Daniel twice now when he showed us around the apartment that my daughter is buying. Louis and the team at Patchway have been absolutely brilliant in helping us to 'get over the line' with a Flat Sale which was made very difficult by the buyer's incompetent Solicitor at every stage. Would definitely recommend Westcoast to anyone thinking of selling in this area - they are very approachable and respond positively in a timely manner.

We chose to sell through Westcoast based on our experience of originally buying our house through them. This turned out to be an excellent decision as the Patchway team went above and beyond in many ways to get us completed in time for the end of the stamp duty holiday. Particularly Ian and Louis who put a lot of late hours in dealing with difficult conveyancers and vendors elsewhere in the chain. We will definitely be using Westcoast again when the time comes around.

The team at Westcoast Patchway with my sale led by Louis and assisted by Ian provided a very good service from initial marketing through to completion. Whilst it wasn't a straight forward process, Louis was always helpful in ensuring progress. He also helped us regarding our purchase even before we'd put in an offer!
