Wanted to say a massive thank-you to Will (Residential Valuer), we have just settled in our new house after a couple of weeks. We wouldn't have been able to get the house without his support and guidance, his advice was absolutely spot on throughout. Outstanding - For various reasons our purchase took almost 1 year, our solicitors were rather slow. Venmores were the most proactive party by far, and were always available on the phone. Thanks to Vicky for helping to push it over the line. Would certainly use them again.

Very happy with the service from Venmore especially Clare who was so supportive and helpful throughout a stressful period, culminating in the sale of our house this week. We really liked the way Venmore organised viewings of our property and gave us feedback. Once the buyer's offer was accepted it was Clare who did more than anyone to keep us informed. The lawyers were hopeless. Thank you to everyone at Venmore for a successful transaction.

We could not have received better service anywhere, Venmore were perfect, never any problems speaking to the appropriate person. Our progress chaser, Holly, was magnificent, always at the end of the phone and super helpful. Without her help I'm afraid we may have given up. The Estate agents dealing with our onward purchase (I won't mention their name) never once returned a call or took a call when I phoned). Holly was always there. I would highly recommend Venmore Sales.

Thank you Venmore! We've been through the wringer a bit with our house sale/purchase, but Venmore has been incredibly supportive and helpful the whole way through. When our first buyers pulled out, they had us another buyer before the end of the same week! And as the process dragged on (thanks to problems with our purchase and then issues with the solicitors), Holly - our sales progressor - was absolutely fantastic.
She did lots of chasing, reassuring, communications with the buyers. By the end she was basically acting as a counsellor (sorry about that, Holly!). It was great to feel that our estate agents were on the ball, supportive and helpful. Worth every penny, in my opinion.

Our experience with Venmore has been nothing short of life saving. We began our journey in March 2021 and in terms of arranging a viewing to fit around our schedule, they were very accommodating and responsive. We put our offer in and made connections with Holly in the sales progression team who is a miracle worker. We had a very complicated buying process and Holly made sure everything happened as it should have by going above and beyond.
We also got married in the middle of this process and again the team and Venmore were conscious of this and made sure not to contact us during this time. Everyone we spoke to during this process were friendly, proactive and reassuring which is the main aspect in one of the biggest life investments. We will absolutely be using Venmore in the future and will recommend the entire team to all our friends!
