I'm a roofing contractor and have done work for this company on properties that they let/manage. They are a really good company to Do work for and unlike so many of the other letting company's out there it seems Like they genuinely do care about the tennants and the propertys they manage. Keep up the good work simply residential you're setting a amazing standard :

Enquired about a property just now and the attitude of the lady on the phone was appaling. It felt like the agent hated her job, it was uncomfortable to ask any questions and then the phone was put down with a "thank you, bye" mid sentence when I still wanted to clarify a couple bits, never seen anything like this. Very unprofessional.

Simply Residential have been my letting agent for a flat in Manchester since 2013. They have done a great job managing and letting the property, with minimal involvemnt from me. Paperwork and finance has always been prompt and accurate. Advice has always been spot on. I'm now selling the property and they have successfully taken the lead for me on that. It's not often I leave a review unless I've had a bad experience simply residential have been so professional from the day we enquired about a property 3 years ago and nothing has changed since then. I would recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property

Writing a review on behalf of my grandma. This company have ignored phone calls and emails. They are highly unprofessional aswell as being ignorant. Simon either has no idea what hes doing or just doesnt care. Avoid at all costs.

No professionalism. I was waiting a month for a house and in the end they changed the price of it. And they found just some justifications because they wanted to rent it more expensive than the price we agreed. When I called I already knew the price of the old tenant and they told me that the price changed to 575. Yesterday they changed it again to 625.

Simpy residential have been my letting agents for over 10 years. They have always been courteous and efficient. repairs are always carried out promptly and at reasonable cost. They find and vet quality tenants.and the rent is always paid on time. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely shocking! These guys don't even deserve a one star. Firstly when I went for a viewing the estate agent turned up late, then they was disorganised and didn't know how to answer my questions. I wanted to arrange a second viewing before I signed to make sure I was 100% sure about the property and they wouldn't let me?!? They have ZERO customer service skills. Anyone I phoned was completely rude and unhelpful! Considering they are supposed to be selling/letting properties they make 0% effort to do So! Surprised this company is still going
