They were very warm and understanding to me as a student immigrating from Nigeria. I reached out to them and they got me an apartment opposite the university within the same day. During the duration of my tenancy they were warm and helpful. Even after the end of my student year they helped me settle down on such short notice I couldnt believe it! Special shout out to the team especially the warmest and fuzziest Lou! And shout out to Jolan as well he helped me move in to my apartment for free! They are a Godsend and truly are great people!

I have had such a positive experience renting with Bed Student Rentals from start to finish. The team has always been so helpful and welcoming, answering any queries quickly via email and call. Special shoutout to Lou - she has been so friendly and accommodating. It is great to be able to walk into the office to ask any questions too (and the free hoodies are fab!!!) - I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Bed are an excellent option for student rentals in Chester. We are a group of 8 girls, which you can imagine we are very picky and there normally arent a lot of choices. Bed provided us with high standard viewings of several houses and we were very impressed with hospitality. Mike and Jolan were so lovely and answered any queries we had regarding viewing as this is our first time renting. Definitely will recommend the company to other students and we are so excited to move into our new home!!!

I have been with Bed for 5 years and they have always been very helpful in finding new accommodation, the maintenance reports are always carried out promptly and the quality of the houses are very high. On top of that the staff are really friendly and helpful and will always go out of their way to help in any way they can. Would recommend for anyone looking for student accommodation in Chester

I have been a university student for 3 years, and Ive always come back to Bed Student Rentals. They have been more than helpful, in terms of housing, accomodation and everything in general.
Jolan helped me contact the landlord and helped me move my items prematurely. Everytime I entered the office Lou and the other staff have been nothing but kind and respectful. I would highly reccomend any students starting in Chester or anywhere around to go with this company.

Coming to the end of my tenancy this year, and really excited to move into my new house for next year, I couldn't be happier with the experience with Bed. After having first year in lockdown I wanted to meet more people and live in a big house, and was placed with new people that are now my best friends. The staff really wanted us to have a good year and grouped together people that would get on living together and they were right. The staff are so welcoming and answer any questions we have, can't recommend them enough

Ive lived with Bed for 3 years now (2 years as a student and 1 year as a post grad) and couldnt recommend a better housing company. Theyve helped in sorting out any issues quickly and effectively. I studied at Chester uni from 2018 to 2021 and Bed were there to guide me through my final year of house hunting and help me in my studies, too. Theyre a great company that supports students and the general Chester community, even sponsoring an event I ran for my degree in my second year of uni. I spent my final year of study in the pandemic but Bed did all they could to support me and ensure I felt safe and comfortable in the property I rented, and even managed to put me with like-minded people making the last year the best year I had!
After leaving uni, now a year later, they have continued to help me, even when I got a very important parcel delivered to my old address; they were kind enough to send it all the way down to me in London. I would highly recommend this friendly, engaged and supportive rental company with beautiful and very affordable properties!

Cant recommend Bed enough. They made moving out for the first time really simple, they answered any questions I had and the whole process was really easy. Everyone in the office was super approachable and made me feel welcome whenever I came in. Id never use any other letting agent now!

Having only lived with Bed for one academic year, I have been nothing but impressed with the service that they have provided me with. Should I ever need anything, theyre more than accomodating with a huge amount of knowledge about all of their properties. Bed has supported me when I was struggling with an ex house mate and continued to check in with me once they vacated the property. Not only this, but as I moved to Chester from New Zealand, knowing no one in Chester, Bed have put me in touch with some incredible people whom I know will be life long friends. I have nothing but praise and thanks for Bed Student Rentals.

Fantastic company and very nice, welcoming staff. Mike (head of the company) has always made me feel very welcome and he and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Also incredibly helpful unlike another agency I have rented with, they say to let them know about any issues and they will sort them whereas in the past with another agency problems would not get resolved. The house I am renting with them is a great house, roomy and very homey. I fully recommend this company and would not listen to the very negative reviews as everyone else I know who has gone with bed have also been pleased with their houses and the company.

Where do I begin? This will now be my 2nd year living in a house rented off BED after being let down previously from another student letting agency. BED students rentals are the best letting agency in Chester (do I dare say across the country?! They would be hard to beat!)
The staff never fail to make me feel welcomed and at ease, no question too silly, no request too big! Everything I've asked for has been possible.
I was placed in a house with people I never met after putting my faith in Mike and his team! From this, I met a lifelong friend! The team go above and beyond. I genuinely wish I could stay in their care for life! I feel safe and secure constantly! It's such a shame seeing bad reviews for this agency as I can't see how they could possibly be talking about the same place I have grown to love!
