Letting Your Property

One of our Lettings Directors will visit your property and carry out an in depth assessment to determine the rental value that can be obtained. We do this by analysing comparables of similar properties that have been recently let by ourselves as well as the wider market, taking into account factors such location, size of property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, overall condition, parking, garden, furnishings and much more. We will then suggest ideas on how you could achieve an optimum rental value, which are there for you to consider.
Legal Obligations

Since 2008, it is compulsory for all properties that are to be rented out to have an energy performance certificate also known as an EPC. All landlords are required by law to obtain and make available a copy of the EPC to prospective tenants. The report gives your property a rating between A and G. "A" Rated properties have the lowest running costs and "G" the highest.
