Steer very clear you have been warned! i used his service in the 1990s he did not return our deposits! the accommodation was vile and infested with cockroaches! upon moving out from your property they will ask you kindly to write a letter of gratitude and will then turn around and say sorry but on this occasion he is unwilling to reimburse your deposit happened to numerous friends of mine at the time! you can see these letters when you enter the premises it's designed to give you the impression that he's had many satisfied students using his service designed to reassure would-be tenants. totally misleading and grossly deceitful! you have been duely warned! don't say i didn't warn you!

STAY FAR AWAY, this landlord is a scoundrel trying to con naive students and people recently arrived to London on a constant basis. He doesn't care about people and will happily put you through a humiliating, confusing housing experience if he only can get your cash out of you.
