Block Management: We have had an awful experience with MG block management. Their systems are a total shambles and staff very unhelpful. After several personnel changes during the pandemic, the service completely disappeared. After one year of hassling them regularly we still don't have a simple statement of accounts for our block. (It can't be more than 25 line items to look after.) To add insult to injury, they appear to have lost the keys to the property and also forgot to pay the taxes (for which we were fined) They accidentally let on that our funds were not segregated and even decided to charge us for overseeing work they never oversaw. Despite calling constantly to draw a line under our relationship and have the balance of our funds returned, they refuse to acknowledge or return phone calls.

Abby has been absolutely fantastic in our search for our dream home. Communicative, reliable, professional and friendly - a brilliant person to help us navigate our next move. Thank you Abby!

I used this company to manage a property. They are incredibly incompetent. Although good at pretending to know what they are doing they let the tenants damage your property, let them steal things like ladders. They have even lost 4 keys and 6 security fobs. And no matter how clear it is they have made a mistake they will never accept they are at fault and it will cost you money. Avoid at all costs.

I have rented through MG for 16 years and am now flying solo as now renting within my family. The journey has not always been smooth but 16 yrs is proof of their good service and my loyalty to MG. I would like to say a big thank you to two people Fran Marchant in lettings accounts and Vanessa Tobie in lettings. Both ladies are an asset to MG they have always shown efficiency kindness and proffessiolism to me at all times. Fran who has been with MG for around 12 yrs is delightful!
