Fantastic letting agency. I needed a place let for a short time. It can be challenging to find a one, especially in London. Nontheless, shakir helped me to find one in a week. Furthermore, he and his colleagues were incredibly friendly, honest and helpful prior to and throughout the duration of my tenancy. I will definitely choose Fraser bond for my next visit. Highly recommended.

The bad reviews about Fraser Bond are correct and I fully concur with them. Wish I had read these reviews with them before renting with them.

BIG WARNINGGG!. The guy ended up being a THIEF, SCAMMER and HARASSER.
WARNING AGAIN! I rented a flat for a short period in central London and when I returned the keys at the end, despite perfect check out conditions, I have never received my 1200.00 GBP deposit back (it has been 10 months) despite numerous reminders, calls, emails, letters to Mr SHAKIR KAPADIA or Fraser bond they never replied to all my sollicitations or took any action!
NEVER contract with this Agent, I hope the word will spread in London.

Thanks Guys for assisting me purchasing my new apartment. I finally found the right home with the assistance of Shakir and his team who knew exactly what I was looking for. From start to finish to even introducing me to the right broker to get me a deal which was affordable and really my dream place. Please avoid at all costs!!!!! Totally incompetent staff, especially Shakir.
Booked a viewing and did not show up, didn't answer the calls either.
Contacted the next day to find out what happened, was completely alright until he started screaming at me and coming up with a million excuses. Shocking customer service. After running out of excuses he started denying that we had a viewing booked at all!

I emailed him snapshots of his own messages and call logs, received no response. He finally picked up after 3 hours, screaming again with no excuses left once I provided the evidence, clearly had a break down which was obvious over the phone and politely told me to f-off. Can't even imagine what the actual tenants are treated like if potential customers are treated like this!

Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Fraudulent, don't pay and are not members of property organisations required by LAW!

I recently sold the apartment and dealt with Shakir who I found to be diligent and energetic. Shakir identified a buyer within a fortnight of placing the apartment on sale which reflects the tenacity with which he deals with sales. The entire team were a pleasure to deal with throughout and I highly recommend them

I required an apartment as I was assigned on a contract to London for a short period of time. It was near enough impossible for me to find and apartment for a term of 3 months and if I did the prices were astronomical. The commute from Cambridge to London daily was just too long. so preferred a place in London. I called up Fraser Bond and spoke with Shak who assisted me and provided a list options which were within my budget and centrally located.

My company headquarters based in Embankment I preferred something close by as I was working long hours. I chose a lovely a 1 bedroom apartment on Newman Street, just off Oxford St which met all my needs and fully furnished. it was a non hassle free process. Thanks for the assistance, definitely recommend.

I have booked a flat in Central London for a short period and had to pay a 750.00 GBP deposits. When I returned the keys, every hing was perfect excepted that M. Shakir Kapadia is in SILENT mode since then because he stole the deposits and never answered to my numerous calls, emails, letters etc... What a shame for a real estate agent to steal money from your clients.... in London!

So do not let, buy, rent even a Quechua Tent at Fraser Bond! Shame on you Shakir KAPADIA! I am not surprised to see that I am not the only one who got ROBBED! we should sue him in a class action!

Worst Agent ever! I booked a flat in central London for a short term and M. Shakir Kapadia never returned to me the deposit that I left despite my numerous reminders, calls, letters. He simply ignores you, and I noticed that he is used to proceed this way with tenants just check for Fraser Bond rating on internet! It is pure theft!

I used Fraser Bond last summer to let my flat in London. I have still not been paid for September. (it is now February) We are talking over 2500 pounds. Many things were missing from the flat. Faser bond blamed everything on the tenants. However why would a tenant steal a hover, a wall mounted mirror, hooks in the bathroom, window cleaner etc? The hover I got back... as they found it "somewhere".

It had been heavily used. The following things are still missing: 1. One key to upper lock of apartment door 2. One Bose CD player, AWRCC6 and remote controls 3. Two duvets 4. Two pillows 5. Two throws 6. One wall-mounted enlarging mirror 7. One table mirror 8. One wall-mounted hook rack in bathroom 9. One wall-mounted hook rack in kitchen 10. One table lamp 11.

One scales 12. One set of playing cards 13. One Mastermind game 14. One window cleaner 15. Two umbrellas 16. Two kitchen towels 17. Two bath towels 18. Two small towels 19. One bucket and broom 20. One carpet cleaner

The door to the apartment was ruined as someone had broken in to the flat. I was never given a check out report. It was clearly agreed that that no more than 2 persons were allowed to live in the flat.

They put four people there. The walls were completely ruined. It was dirty and the drain in the bathroom was blocked. The aircon panel was smashed. All payment - the ones I actually got - were late. I had to hunt them down many times to get any money.

Shakir did agreed, in October, to compensate for CD-player and get new duvets. However, it does not happen. Not yet anyway, 4 month later. Since then Fraser Bond and Shakir refuses to answer the phone calls or any email.

I was seeking a 1 bedroom apartment within Central London as I was appointed by company based in Luxembourg for a part time project based in the U.K. I happened to find a few reasonable 1 beds within the area however the One I stayed in presented by Fraser Bond difeinitly met my expectations. Dean and Bruce both were exceptionally helpful on the phone and also for when I arrived.

I also happened to meet with Shakir who manages the Central London branch and had a lengthy chat about all that can be done whilst I was visiting. The apartment I rented was situated in Piccadilly Circus where I stayed in Manhattan style studio. The apartment came fully furnished with High Speed Wifi too. The guys in the office were attentive at all times. a few spotlights in the living area were not working and someone had come straight away to fix the issue. I appreciate the assistance that was given and most likely will be leasing an apartment through Fraser Bond again. Andy Snail

Pure Scam! Warning! I booked a flat through Shakir Kapadia agency, but once inside, lots of things were missing and in a poor conditions despite being in central London! Bulbs missing, humidity stains, washing machine broken etc. and the worst, The agency stole also my deposit despite having returned the flat with zero problem! They just kept the depsoit and ignored my numerous sollicitatikn! I think I am going to the county court and High court to get a Writ as it appears they are used to scam tenants.

I was introduced to Shakir from Fraser Bond by a mutual friend who also used there service via the short/medium term corporate let. If anyone doesn't understand how the property market works in this field you would need to understand that Short/Medium term lettings can be an extremely stressful and a hands on approach is required especially with high turnover.

It can be extremely lucrative if managed and ran properly. I met Shakir who proposed the Medium Term sector to me as I was having a difficult time to lease my apartment on a Long Term let. The Market was just not doing me any favours. As it was from a good referreal I thought I would take the chance and see how the Short/Medium Term would work seeing as the terms of lease we're flexible.

At first I was extremely hesitant as the cash flow was not coming in consistently. however once the Spring/Summer period kicked I saw an immense amount of rewards and contact enquiries through Shakir's channels. The amount I made through this period I would have made throughout the whole year. We then were able to find a corporate client to lease the apartment for 3 months between the periods of September till the end of November.

The rent was substantial and worked well for me. If you are willing to take a little a bit more stress however EARN A HIGHER RENTAL for your property I highly recommend Fraser Bond as they the are experts in the business.

Thanks for the accommodation guys. Quick to resolve my issue, as I was only here in London for a month and was in urgent need of accommodation. At first I was in search for a 1 bed apartment in Central London, however slowly began to see that it was becoming near enough impossible and way out of my budget. I called Fraser Bond and spoke with Shak who was kind enough to assist and send across alternatives for what I was looking for.

He sorted out a sweet 1 bedroom apartment for me in East London which was fully furnished including Internet and within my budget. The apartment I have to say was not was I expecting but nevertheless it worked for what I required in London and easy to get to work. The team were responsive to my needs when cleaning was required. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We had a contract with them as tenants. The room we rented for our son on 512 Brixton Road was very poor and overpaid. We left the room in a good condition and have proof of this but we never got our deposit back, despite numerous mails and telephone calls to Shakir Kapadia. We would higly recommend tenants to go somewhere else.
