My father rented a property from Davies and Davies for over 5 years and I really couldn't fault them at any point. When he moved in he was in the early stages of Dementia, and as time went on his illness progressed further. The staff were always so kind to him and they always responded very promptly to any issues he had, which gave us so much reassurance that he was safe and happy in his flat.
In my opinion they went above and beyond what I would have expected. My dad has just moved from his flat into a care home, he was able to stay in his rented flat for so long because the staff at Davies and Davies cared about his wellbeing. For the above reasons I highly recommend them as landlords. All of the staff I spoke to and came into contact with were polite and helpful. Katrina was especially kind to dad.

We decided to use Davies and Davies to sell our home as they came highly recommended by several friends and family, who had each had a brilliant experience with them. Their valuation was spot on, no sharky tactics or pushy sales attempts, just upfront and straight forward advice. They were very accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process, even when I had one or two (several) melt downs along the way.
They were quick to respond, proactive rather than just reactive and were incredibly patient and kind. To top it all off we got a better price in the end than we'd hoped for. We'd like to thank Mark in particular, working with him was like having a friend guiding you through it all.

I have rented through Davies & Davies for the past two years and they are comfortably the best estate agency I have dealt with. Whenever we have had issues with our accommodation our property manager (Alisha) has responded promptly to find a resolution and has always treated us with respect. It truly makes all the difference, not least at this difficult time when we are spending so much time at home, and I would strongly recommend leasing through D&D for any prospective tenants.

I was a landlord with Davies & Davies for 5 years and I would rate their service 10 out of 10. They initially helped me with changing-locks and some legal matters after dealing with a difficult tenant. They also helped me with renovating and upgrading the property. They are highly responsive and their knowledge of tradesmen and the local area is exceptional. Katrina did an awesome job of managing the property.
Mark and Alex have remarkably detailed knowledge of the local area. In the end they also helped me sell the flat (thanks to Derek!) in extremely difficult circumstances (i.e. in the middle of a pandemic). I would very much recommend them over other estate agents in the area. Ken.

We first used Davies and Davies to rent out our flat in Stroud Green in North London about 10 years ago, largely because they were a local business that was very supportive of our children's primary school. Their professional service was very good, and we have subsequently leased our flat through them four or five times. Davies and Davies have always been very prompt and courteous and efficient in marketing the flat and finding tenants for us, and in 7 or 8 years of letting we have never had any problems with any of the tenants they found for us. I am happy to recommend them very highly.

Davies & Davies manage a flat which I rent out in Stroud Green. I bought this flat from the same agent over 30 years ago and I still live in the area. Their management team reacts quickly to problems: they have a good network of builders and contractors and repairs are usually carried out promptly. Both Katrina and Sinead have been particularly helpful over the past few months, when there was an issue with a problematic tenant which they went to a lot of effort to resolve (successfully). I am most grateful to them, and would recommend the Management Team to others who are considering letting out a property in the Finsbury Park/Stroud Green area.

D&D - well done and thank you! We sold our flat in Finsbury Park recently after having had it on the market for several months; although there was no immediacy to sell we were aware that D&D kept up the initiative to maintain interest in our property. I found my flat through Davies & Davies and was really pleased with the service. It was my first time buying a property, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I dealt with Andrew who was a really nice bloke and kept me well updated throughout the process. There were a few problems, which made it a little bumpy at one point, but Andrew got it all sorted out for me and it's been a smooth transaction since.
