Very poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Staff in the office are very rude. They covered up the mould and when contacted the office, they tried to blame us saying 'we need to keep the property well ventilated'. But when there is a mould which has been painted over it always comes back. You just better off going with some other agency. TRUST ME, JUST STAY AWAY!
