I can not explain how good they are as property agent. I have taken property rent from this agent about 2012 and stayed the property about 8 to 9 years. They are very professional and looking after tenant. We never had any problem with them during this time. John he is very nice person. Wasted my time. waited over 40min to view a property me and my gf because host was running late. After running out of patience I call their office and was told that host had came and left without notifying me they had arrive. What a waste of our time.

I rented with the Accomodating Company for over 4 years in Southgate and had a really good experience with them. Any issues on the flat were dealt with promptly and the rent was only ever increased by a reasonable amount each year. I felt that they were very fair towards tenants. Thanks again!
