Gorgeous block extremely well maintained. We have stayed in two different flats and they were both great. Management and concierge are very responsive and attentive. Only note is the flats are very warm (a nice problem to have in winter) which if you're there in Spring is worth knowing. Check if the heat can be adjusted. Very clean and high quality furnishings. Had such a nice stay both times. So central and everything is right on your doorstep. Will be back.

Im a loyal customer to NGHA, twice a year i visit London and stay with them since 2015, clean, nice, the area is fabulous all services around, letting office are great and fast, receptionists are so friendly and welcoming Definitely i'll visit then again

The Nell Gwynn House is a clean and comfortable aparthotel in a terrific neighborhood of London. My family stayed in mid-April in well-appointed room with a full kitchen and a nice bedroom. all overlooking Sloane Street. The staff is courteous. The location makes the city seem nearby. There is a parking garage for those who drive (we do not). The best part is the value - all of the above comes with a reasonable price tag.

The kindest receptionists! They helped me with my bags, post and also helped me tape a package I was struggling with as I rushed to the airport! Excellent service! They work so hard and never look tired. I don't know how they do it but I'm impressed!

I made a booking to this hotel almost a year ago, then came covid, then I totally forgot about it. I was reminded that my free-cancellation period had expired by an automated email confirming the booking, the conditions and the credit card charge. I wrote to them and they immediately responded and waved any charge or cancellation fees. I will definitely book this place for my next stay in London.

Stayed here for about two weeks and it was very nice! The rooms are in very good condition and have everything you'd need. My only issue was that our neighbors were screaming one night and the staff wouldn't stop them, but either than that I really enjoyed my stay!

This place is nice and clean, However it needs better maintenance. The sofa bed for the kids was very uncomfortable, we had to put our own quilt cover and pillow cases on the bedding for the sofa bed even though we had booked for four. There was not enough pots or forks in the cupboard, there was a half eaten pie in the fridge and the bath had a handle that was broken off leaving too sharp bits of metal sticking out.
I had also a high concern for security. We left the key to our room at the front counter when we went out for the day and when we came back we just asked for the key and was given it without even being asked for our names. I could of asked for any room and had free access to it with no questions asked so I would suggest you keep your key with you. It was better for two people than four.
