We were selling our much loved flat to move abroad on a very tight timeline. Terry said at our first meeting, that he thought it would be done and dusted before our flight and, of course, I did not really believe him. As it turned out, Sophie found the perfect buyers for the flat and we got the call to say it had completed while waiting in the queue to board the plane. Truly amazing! Sophie was great throughout the process and knew when and how much heat to apply to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a flat with the help of Sophie from Hobarts, she was extremely professional and helpful at every stage. Standout moments for me were: - really listening to what I wanted, resulting in showing me a "surprise" property which is the one I ended up purchasing - the prep she did to gather answers to frequently asked questions from the sellers before we viewed any properties, which was really helpful for the sale admin - the regular contact and support through the buying process, with quick responses Thanks Sophie, will be back!
