In the past, I've had some terrible experiences with London landlords and property agencies, so it's been an absolute delight to find Alpha Lets. It's a wonderful family-run company and I recommend them very highly. The process of renting with them has been very smooth and they respond extremely quickly to any queries. There have been virtually no issues throughout my tenancy, but when there was a minor problem with the boiler, they sent out Louis, the plumber, almost immediately and he ensured the problem was dealt with quickly. I will now be moving into a friend's house, but if I need to rent again, I will absolutely be contacting Alpha Lets.

I have lived in quite a few places around town for the past 6 years. And I can honestly say. This is the best, most professional agency/landlord I have ever dealt with over the years! Alpha lets does their work to a highly professional standard. They also genuinely do care about their tenants, which is a rare find in London. Top notch service. I would highly recommend this agency!

I rented a house with two flatmates through this agency. To be honest, it's the best agency I've ever had. They are very accommodating and do everything for the benefit of the tenants, but also for the owners. I had to change my apartment in the middle of my contract and it was not a problem at all. They helped me with absolutely every procedure. In addition, the staff is really nice and so friendly. I highly recommend this agency! Thank you again
