Globe Apartments

I stayed in two apartments belonging to Globe Apartments in St. Christopher's Pl area, and they were both amazing. Everything necessary was provided. The only thing I had to buy myself was laundry detergent and extra toilet paper (some rolls are already provided at the beginning of the stay). Everywhere else, from bathroom to living room to bedroom, had all the essentials.

Every week the apartment was cleaned and the sheets were changed. I loved my stay here. When I left, I left an electric toothbrush, and they took time to ask the cleaners to look for it and made sure I got it back. The only concern would be taking the luggage up the stairs since some buildings do not have the elevator, and the stair flights are quite narrow and steep.

Location is great. Everything one needs just a few steps away (grocery stores, cafes, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). Tube stations nearby allow you to travel to all the great sights effortlessly. If you prefer walking to those sights, it's close enough to so as well. Flat was clean and well maintained. Stayed for three weeks and had cleaning service available weekly.

Noise level not an issue despite its central location. Kept the windows open at night and was not bothered. More importantly, area was very safe. Will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

It was really well equipped and was in great location, even though it was not the apartment that we saw when we ordered it, and it was very disappointing, because we expected something else. It was very difficult to contact you, we couldn't call you, and it took a long to get an answer, so we stopped writing to you.

The toilet didn't work properly, and even after you sent someone to fix it, it stayed exactly the same, the hair dryer is not working too. We are leaving the apartment the same as we received, and we put the key on the table. Thank you and wish you the best. Sharon and Orna

Great location and roomy apartment and fair cleanliness. However, there weren't enough standard amenities such as kitchen towels and toilet paper provided. I had to request for more to be added. Additionally, the stairs and narrow doorway made it really difficult to lug luggage up and down. I was on the second floor, but there were apartments on the floors above me, and I can't imagine having to bring the luggage up another flight of narrow stairs.

I booked a property managed by Globe via Airbnb. A few hours later they refused the booking just saying "Dates are unavailable.". I messaged them and asked if other properties nearby managed by them were available. As they didn't reply I just went ahead and booked. They never bothered replying or rejecting the booking which just expired 24 hours later. How unprofessional!

We stayed here for 6 nights & had a wonderful experience. We got an upgrade to a bigger apartment which was more than great & spacious. Quality: the apartment was great, very clean, all essentials were there. Staff: Very helpful staff who we could call for any help as well. Location: superb location if you want to shop, eat & go to bars at a walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place & we had a great, comfortable stay & highly recommended.

We rented an apartment on Barrett sfreet for 1.5 months. On all points I put excellently: location, cleanliness, equipment, appliances, furniture. Responsiveness, instant solution of issues. Organization, decency at the highest level. I recommend this company! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! I wish the Globe team success, health and grateful clients!

It has been a marvellous stay for 1.5 months in the service apartment. The location is excellent. All the staff are super helpful and responsive. Desmond, Petra and Kiri have been very helpful and professional in addressing my needs from time to time. Most importantly, it's pet friendly. I will definitely recommend it for travellers targeting short to medium stay in the area.

Globe Apartments are a wonderful company filled with excellent staff. They helped me move to London during the pandemic and really made me feel welcome on every level. They are a small and personal team of people who are so kind and friendly. I was so sad to move and only left as I needed more space or I would have stayed forever. The Globe apartment team have never failed us. They are warm, very responsive and ensure we have a very comfortable stay. The apartments are clean, modern and in the heart of the London West End. Special shout out to Kiri - amazing! Check them out whenever you're in London, you're welcome!

This is the Second time of staying with Globe Apartments, all I can say is echo my first Review, This time I was in a studio apartment, amazing, just as good as the one bedroom apartment I was in previously, Kiri and her team excel themselves and bend over backwards to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. I can not recommend them enough.

What can I say except Excellent Service from start to finish, I was working in London for the week, After booking the accommodation, I was contacted Promptly to arrange key collection, I was also informed of an upgrade from the Studio I had booked to a One bedroom apartment! Very nice indeed. Straight away very accommodating as I was arriving Sunday Evening. Collected the Keys a short walk from the tube, Which was a further short walk from the Property. Arriving at the property, The communal areas very clean and fresh, This continued into the apartment itself.

Important now more than ever in the current Pandemic, In the apartment Hand sanitiser and wipes were left, along with a welcome gift bag with some snacks in, Along with water, Juice and a small carton of milk in the fridge, tea and coffee supplies, again a very nice way to start the stay to have some essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was very well equipped, every thing you need.

My Point of contact Kiri, great communication throughout my stay via E-mail and even gave me a mobile number to contact her on, excellent service. I could not recommend enough this stay at the apartment and the service I received from Kiri and her team at Globe Apartments. I look forward hopefully to many more stays with them.

We could not recommend Globe highly enough. Every request was handled not only with professionalism but with extreme efficiency especially in light of COVID-19 and made everyone feel safe and of course welcome. My family was fortunate to be upgraded from a one bedroom flat to a two bedroom flat. The flat was spotless and all the amenities were of a very high standard.

The decor was modern and the flat was very well presented - in fact faultless. Nothing was a problem and nothing was too much. They have truly set the standard and we would not hesitate in recommending Globe and obviously we would return time and again. We would like to point out that the housekeeping staff were excellent and genuine. We stayed at 49 Chiltern.

I stayed in Camden on Albert street. Second time at this place. Location is the best. It is 3-4 minutes to subway and from 88 bus that goes directly to Piccadilly. Also in 4-5 minutes you reach Regent Park, lovely park. It is literally 50 meters away from WholeFoods and there are lots of restaurants around the corner. I love the view from my window!

A bit of noise coming out at night from the local bars. Place has pretty much everything for a short stay ( dishes, pots, cutlery, knives, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine with an option to dry a little, cloth line, iron and board, some soaps and shampoos, no dishwasher though but they leave a new sponge and dishwashing liquid for you).

The bed is comfortable and it is really warm inside but you can totally regulate the temperature. The only thing that I don't like is the sink in the toilet, it has two separate faucets and it's really difficult to wash your face or hand there. Also, I would advise to place a hanger in the entrance hall for jackets, to hang the mirror in the entrance hall because it is situated not safely and to change chairs))) they need an update.

Travelling for a business with a colleague and stayed in this Superb 2 bed 2 bath apartment - that suited us down to the ground. Really spacious and spotless. Furnished well and we both liked the design. Great kitchen with lots of gadgets and a tv in the bedroom as well as the living room. Great central location with easy access to underground, surrounded by retsaurants with Selfridges close by and no noise. Would strongly reccomend.

I worked with Globe Apartments for a "short term stay" from mid-October to mid-November 2012. For 30 days I basked in the glory of a rather comfortable flat a few blocks from my office at 49a Chiltern Street. The only contact I had with Globe Apartments was the day I picked up the keys, which went very smoothly. In and out. Though no one really told me where to go (and after flying overnight and taking the tube for an hour, a bit of direction would've been very welcome).but I found my way.

Of course the day I arrived the lift was out of order, but by a stroke of divine intervention one of the building supers graciously hefted my heavier bag up to the floor where it did work and then got me where I needed to go! Bless him, all the staff I encountered were very friendly. So, this review is for the units at 49a Chiltern Street, as it were.

The building has a lift (quite helpful as I was on the 4th floor!) and my arrangement came with weekly maid service, which was delightful. It wasn't terribly heavy duty, but nice to have the sheets changed and new towels.without having to worry where I'd find those items/do laundry, etc. There was also a washing machine and drying rack, and basically all of the creature comforts to make for a good temp stay.

I even showed up to a bag of snacks awaiting me! Milk, OJ, cookies.a sort of strange mix, but hey.they were trying. A small fridge and kitchen was sufficient, and coffee and tea was available as well. However, Nnearby Nordic Bakery became my go-to for coffee and sustenance, but obviously this is very well located to Baker Street, shopping, dining, etc.

Internet was great, lots of good TV, hairdryer, somewhat comfortable bed (comforter was super lumpy and mattress super springy!), clean, well appointed. What it lacked in size it made up for in cleanliness. Only complaint? The fire alarms go off all the time and the phone randomly rings at all hours. Not great when you are trying to work from home. All in all, a great temp place to stay and Globe Apartments seems like a legit operation. Would deal with them again.

Had a great room with a nice quiet view and quiet neighborhood . not far from the harley street clinics and near a park great would recommend t everyone

Stayed in 'Wigmore Suites' and found the apartment to be clean, modern, and bright. The immediate local is bustling and enjoyable but the apartment was lovely and quiet - best of both worlds!

I've stayed in several apartments via Globe (Chiltern Street, St Christophers Place) and have always been very impressed. Cheaper than a hotel in the area and with much more space and of a better standard - I can think of a terrible hotel room in Bloomsbury that will stay with me forever. Disclaimer: I worked for Globe over 20 years ago but moved to Sydney. However, I still continue to stay with them when I return to London every year.

Perfect location in a great neighbourhood for everything you want to do in Central London. Great service from the Globe team, provided lots of information for local eateries. Welcome pack and other thoughtful items in the apartment were an added bonus. We will definitely be back. Thank you Globe.
