We've just moved out of a rental property managed by NEA having bought our first home and have had a great experience! The application process last year was smooth and clear and the property management since then by Ashley has been stellar. As an old Victorian terrace the house has had a few bits of maintenance needed, but he's always been super responsive, incredibly helpful and quick to resolve whenever those issues arose. Would highly recommend them as a letting agency.
