I can't recommend Prospect at Maidenhead highly enough. Right from the start, when we first met Adam to value my Dad's house, he was very courteous and kind and it made the decision to go with them very easy. Throughout the sale process, we were helped by Max and Cameron who were both great but Cameron particularly kept in regular contact, even when unfortunately my Dad died and we had to go through probate. All in all, the whole sale process took nearly a year but we finally completed on the house yesterday. I felt Cameron went above and beyond to ensure we "got across the finishing line" and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

I would like to say a big thank you to Matthew Shimmin in particular who made this one of the easiest transitions someone could ask for when finding a new home. I worked with Samantha as my rental property manager in Maidenhead.
We didnt hit it off straight away, actually had a few off vibes.
As time went on she became my real rock booking in all the right trades, keeping me fully up dated and so much more.
I know this is what we all expect as we all pay a fee but she really did more than i expected and made me feel very comfortable leaving things in her capable hands.
I was very happy with Samantha and would 100% recommend her to anyone renting there property to have samatha as there property manager.

Very good experience! We recently sold our property in Maidenhead using Prospect. We were very happy with Prospect's service, so much so as were away on a holiday during the initial viewings but were kept fully up to speed by the team. All went as smoothly as house moves can, thanks to the Prospect team who kept in contact with us and our buyer to ensure delays were minimised.

Max from Prospect assisted us with a few viewings, and he definitely paid attention to our requirements, eventually he recommended seeing a property that we would not have chosen to view on our own.
