This company can always guarantee rude customer service. Not the first time I had to call. Last time one of you told me to do it myself. And yes after she was so rude I had to hang up because she tried to hang up first UPDATE: 2 weeks later still waiting

From the day one, Portfolio properties has been so helpful, showing us the schools for my kids to the super market nearby. I cannot believe it's been more than 2 years since we moved in, it feels rather short. But every bump we faced on the road, Portfolio properties provided all the help we needed with lightning speed response. Which we truly appreciate with utmost gratitude. And even after we decided to move to the new place, they gave us professional support from helping with documents to letting us stay beyond our notice.
