Moving in to a property managed by them in 3 weeks. Sam and Joanne made the whole process of viewing, apartment application and contract so much simpler for myself. I've dealt with agents that don't communicate very well, I'm glad to say the team at Parks is quite the opposite! So responsive and professional every step of the way. Thanks again for everything.

First spoke to someone called Guy who booked me in for a couple of viewings very quickly for the next day. Whilst he was on holiday another member of staff called Ant helped me with all my queries and kept me up to date with everything going on with the property we were choosing to rent and what I needed to submit. Finally a member of staff called Joanne helped with finalising the tenancy and again was very responsive and helpful.

We had a very short time from deciding on the property up to our move in date and she helped through those last very stressful moments and they all were always very polite, professional and helpful. All tenancy forms are completed electronically and are extremely easy to use and understand.
