I Met Zoe under circumstances that an apartment had just been let that i was after on the Harbour. But Zoe straight on the case suggested one that she had coming up & immediately allowed me to view it. Zoe has looked after our property since 2008 and during that time we have had no problems that she has not resolved promptly and efficiently. She has a great sense of humour and liaises very well with both tenants and landlords. Zoe has a good list of maintenance companies and always manages to get someone to the property quickly if the need arises. Great agent.

Zoe Martin at Homes 4 Let was both professional and approachable. She was a dream agent from day 1. She processed the paperwork for our rental quickly, and once we had moved in, she made it clear that she was only a text/phone call/ email away if we needed anything. She responded to our queries promptly and resolved any issues that arose. The entire process was seamless. In addition to all of this she is an incredibly friendly and warm person - we would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to let or rent in the Eastbourne area.

Zoe has managed our rental property for over 10 years now and we have always found her friendly and easy to deal with. She has a wealth of knowledge about the rental market and keeps us up to date with all current legislation. During the time Zoe has managed our property we have had a number of tenants and trust her knowledge and judgement in selecting the right tenant for our property. From the outset Zoe was completely professional, giving advice and assurance on how to proceed with letting our property. She was able to provide and organise all the necessary qualified tradespeople to carry out the work required before letting out the property, a real bonus as we are not local to Eastbourne.
