Good experience with Morgan Associates. The senior property manager Charlotte was always highly responsive and professional. Dealing as she was with a difficult landlord, she showed excellent emotional intelligence and pragmatism to deliver satisfactory outcomes for all parties. Based on this experience of being a tenant with Morgan Associates, I would likely use them myself for renting out my own property in the future.

We recently purchased a property through Morgan Associates and were very happy with the service they provided. We have on many occasions benefited from Stuart Turner's practical advice and tips in improving our property and enabling it to be re-let quickly. Stuart has always been approachable, helpful and willing to listen. We value his opinion.
Other members of Stuart's team have been equally commendable in their dealings with us. Charlotte Jobbins, in particular, has been extremely patient, courteous and helpful. She responds promptly to our emails, very often outside of her working hours. Charlotte keeps us updated on progress in the maintenance works of the property and also makes sure the tenants are kept fully informed of any changes in the schedules. Juliet Smith is also on top of things and we are pleased with her efficiency. Morgan Associates had previously sold a property for us and we will have no hesitation in using their sales services in future.
