It's a shame that there are so many bad reviews because my experience has been excellent from start to finish. Particular mention of Heather - she always responds within a day and is incredibly helpful. I think some of the problems others have mentioned with maintenance are down to landlord approval rather than the service provided by the agent themselves.

Rude & Arrogant Member of Staff - Poor potential customer experience. I received a call from this company after auto contacting many from the Zoopla website. The lady who called started cordially, then would not let me talk & try to explain my requirements and put the phone down when I tried to explain. All she damanded was accurate earning income figures, even though it was a major UK company paying any potential rent.
I was shocked when she stated "she would not waste her time sending out any property details until I gave income figures". What a joke! The other 6+ companies advertising on Zoopla were quite happy to share links for the potential of getting a tenant for their landlords. I would not recommend or use this company if you are looking to lease a property. Attitudes that will not listen to renters will follow in any tenancy.
To fellow landlords - beware of arrogant letting agents, I have had my share over the last 30+ years, they deter real value tenants away with poor their poor attitude. These days, I only use professional agents. It takes nothing to be professional & courteous. The 1 star rating given is considered generous.

Rude. Not helpful. We rented a property for 5 years and had continued problems. One of which was our conservictory wasn't connected properly to the wall outside so we had grass growing inside our home! We reported this many times with no help! I also had 2 babies at the time! We couldn't stay there any longer due to health concerns. The property has been let out a few times. I'm guessing others are having the same issues. Not good. One star as I wanted to comment

Told owner wanted to sell were horrible and then rented house out to another with a 300 rent increase for a damp property well don't recommend they did this 3 years ago aswell steer clear

THE WORST COMPANY IN BRISTOL! DO NOT USE AT ALL. They are rude and screw us over. Especially Heather and Daniella. They are extremely unprofessional.
