Great service moving between two flats: I've been a tenant with David for 6 years now and have always been very happy with the services provided. This year however the agency really surprised me in a very positive sense. When the next door flat became available they helped me make the move from one to the other so easily. It was quite challenging as I had just renewed the contract with the landlord for the old flat but David and his team made it possible at very little extra cost and under quite tight time constraints. Also they negotiated a very good deal for my rent in the bigger flat. I feel safe and respected as a tenant which isn't something that comes easily these days!

Disclaimer: I used their services a while back in 2021. My visa at that time was going to end quite abruptly and I needed to find someone who would take on my current contract of the property was renting. David Harris & Co were happy to help out and made my life way easier. David and his team were extremely patient and organised in finding another client to let my current property. Would definitely recommend this agency to other Londoners and I look forward to using their services again if need to find another place in London to rent.
