Our operational history spans a quarter of a century, during which we expanded the Ashbourne Business Park from a single acre to a 9acre site accommodating 15 companies and approximately 140,000sqft of warehouses and offices. We have acquired the Ednaston and Swadlincote sites in 2003 and 2011 respectively, continually broadening the range of properties we can offer. Our groundworks division has grown in parallel, enabling us to undertake projects of any size and complexity across the United Kingdom. We specialise in delivering highspecification office and industrial units, as well as comprehensive groundworks and civil engineering services.
