Recently I wanted to rent a house in Beckton, The lettings consultant Ashan told me that this house is free and nobody made an offer. I place a holding deposit in front of him, i fill the form in front of him., and after 2 day he told me that someone else place an offer. I would not recommend them for sure. Very disappointed
