*Edited to add: "This experience happened to my brother as I supported him. I viewed the property with my brother and was present when promises to fix all problems including broken windows were made. Carpets were replaced but window wasn't fixed, no cleaning done, rancid water still in white goods, mould not dealt with and then the discovery of flea spray leading to thw admission of fleas then followed cockroaches".
Due to this i maintain the orignal review stating that on mine and my brothers experience these agents withheld information. They didn't tell potential tenants about a flat with an infestation of both fleas AND cockroaches (confirmed by pest control) and withheld the deposit after being found out. Totally unprofessional and underhanded. Do your research as they will not give you the information. Very disappointed.

After a horrific experience with 'Lawson Rutter', Holmes have restores my trust again in letting agents. Holmes are in this business for the right reasons, unlike commercial agency's that just want your cash and who don't care about the tenant whatsoever.
