We found Ben and everyone we dealt with at Craven & Company to be excellent. Our calls were always answered quickly and professionally, any queries we had were dealt with well and we always felt extremely satisfied with the level of service offered. We sold our property through Craven last month. The responsiveness, support and advise was like no other. Very good contact, throughout, with Ben and team. We felt like we were very much looked after in professional, but also, most importantly, human and friendly way. This kind of service is not what you would get from other bigger businesses out there. Things like photos and ads were also highly professional and appealing. Craven sales team is highly recommended and it would be unwise to not give them a chance, when you want to sell your house. I dont think you will be disapointed.

I would like to say what a positive experience myself and my husband have had with this agency. Hannah showed us both round a property on two separate occasions and was so lovely and professional. She really took the time to get to know us which really made an impact compared to some of our dealings with other agencies recently where we have felt like just a number being crammed into large block viewings on properties, this agency certainly seems to do things differently which is very refreshing. We will certainly be recommending to friends and family, 5 stars.

Just sold a house through Craven Properties with excellent service Ben dealt with what was a rather difficult sale as we live overseas and had to communicate by phone and email. He kept us in touch with everything that was happening within 24hours and secured us a satisfactory sale I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell a property. Craven Property's would be my first choice if I ever needed to sell buy or rent a property in the future

I have used Craven for 5 years, as my landlord. I have received nothing but exceptional service from them and their team. Any issues I have had have always been auctioned within no more than 24 hours and I have been kept in the loop. Their staff and subcontractors are trust worthy and I have never had any issues with anyone entering or locking up my flat as and when work needs doing. Their prices are fair and the service far out weighs what I paid for. I would advise anyone to use craven as they are a super company who deliver a great customer experience.
