How are deposit disputes resolved?
We charge £180 (inc VAT) to prepare compliant documentation for TDS or ICE adjudication, ensuring fair resolution processes for both parties.
What are your office hours?

Selling my mother's flat, in a sheltered housing development in the middle of the Covid epidemic, was not an easy ask but Ben Warren and his team at Burnet Ware worked hard and proactively to achieve the desired result. I was also impressed with Ben's efforts to ensure that, post offer, solicitors and the freeholder followed through in progressing to exchange of contracts.

It's been 3 months since moving into out flatmanaged by Burnet Ware. They were really helpful and communicative when putting offers in and sigining contracts. They have also been very responsive to getting works done to the flat and the contractor they use is really professional and completed the works to a very high standard (new plasterboard, platers and painted a wall)

Burnet Ware, and especially Angie, has been absolutely brilliant since we moved in. They've been really understanding of our needs, have responded quickly with any issues within the flat (things like boiler call-outs and washing machine repairs), have got us out of a pickle when we locked ourselves out of the flat on a Saturday afternoon and came round with a spare set of keys, and have been always been lovely and professional to chat to both in the office and over the phone. It's a shame to leave the property (we're only leaving due to purchasing elsewhere) but I would highly recommend them for value, communication and overall professionalism.

Angela from Burnet and Ware was an absolute hero when I got locked out of my flat over the weekend. There was no way I could get back into the flat and she came straight to the office on her day off to get me a spare key. I would like to thank Rosi Thorn, ( 13 Half Moon Lane London) right from the start she was friendly on first meeting, when I viewed the property I did not feel rushed and she answered every question I needed at the time, I was lucky enough to be able to rent the property I am in now, definitely the right choice for me.
