The students that my son was sharing with were filthy animals. He kept the kitchen clean when he was there but since he came home due to lockdown the students that stayed trashed it. Filthy dirty with rubbish all over the floor. I was shocked when we went to collect his remaining stuff.

I stayed there during the covid year. Worst experience of my life. Don't go here. Say you accidently tripped and were unconscious people would only notice when your flesh gives off a smell. The security shut down any form of social activity even when we were abiding by lockdown measures. I have never had a more isolating and lonely experience in my life.

Management at Unite are a bunch liars and cheaters. They promised the earth to surrounding bussness in order to get planing permission for orchard heights but delivered nothing. We were promised communal areas, bin stores and parking. They got the planing permission but did nothing for the surrounding areas. The stone on the buildings are made from what looks like white polystyrene balls this I'm sure is a fire risk. Students beware this company is over priced self centered and greedy

No enforcement of kitchen cleaning, so other residents who have a short let don't clean after themselves or take the bins out so I'm left to do it myself everyday.
