Worst experience ever. We were traveling to attend a party. Our luggage had been off loaded at Gaya airport only. We had got our luggage next day in evening after so many reminds and call.

I called this company several times both via right move and through their actual landline. On all accounts, I'm either pushing 10 minutes to 15 minutes being on hold or they pick up the call to hang up. Absolute rubbish display of customer service.

I called in to Indigo Property to ask advice as I was having some trouble with my tenants and was unsure what options were open to me. I am very pleased I did. I met Courteney Taylor who very politely and knowledgably steered me in the right direction. This is the most unprofessional estate agent I've ever dealt with. They are clueless, Rhys who was meant to do a viewing at a property turned up late, unreachable by phone. Embarrassingly he didn't even have the keys to the property and told me to look at the property from outside after travelling over 1 hour for viewing. He was clueless about the property and used the excuse that he doesn't deal with properties and someone else does that who's on holiday yet continued to be my point of contact for the rest of the negotiation.
After 2nd viewing, still clueless and knows no more than I do - tries to get me to make offer all formal and professional when really they're just a poor estate agent with lack of professionalism and communication skills. After sending all my documents and bank statement, I heard nothing back for a few days, then I followed up to be told the property is no longer available! This is after an initial offer was accepted. Waste of time and money, don't deal with them weather you're a landlord or tennant!
