I used Baker and Chase to sell my house and I was so impressed with the whole process. From the first time I called and spoke to Jason, the team was fast, responsive and professional. I met with Jason, and the photographer was arranged for the next day. A day of viewings resulted in several offers, and the house sale went through without a hitch. Other than Jason, my main contact throughout was Senel, who went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept updated at every turn.
The app used for buyers and sellers is so handy, allowing you to keep up to date on viewing times, etc. The whole service was beyond expectations, and I've already recommended Baker and Chase to friends. I've used five different estate agents over the years, and this is the first time I've had what I consider a great service. Thanks again to all of the team.
