My Brother and I have just finished our tenancy with A.P for 2.5yrs and I can happily say the overall the experience has been great! Total waste of my time! I called for a viewing a couple of hours after the letting property was advertised. They arranged the viewing 2 days later, even though they probably knew that the property would have gone by then. I never received a confirmation email or text about my viewing. I tried to call twice to confirm my viewing, but the person who answered had no clue and told me that would let someone else know and they would call me back etc.
Two hours before the viewing, I got a call that the viewing is cancelled because the flat is gone now, which I already knew hours ago because I check Rightmove every hour! Do you realise that we (the potential tenants) have to make working arrangements to attend a viewing and some respect would be nice every now and then?!

For some years, this company has been managing the small block where we own a flat that we let. A few months ago we were very badly and dishonestly treated by our own letting agent of many years, and we decided to move the management of our flat to Andrew Purnell. To date, the service provided to us as landlords has been prompt, polite, efficient and cost effective. We have experienced a number of property managers and letting agents in the last 30 years both as leaseholders and as landlords, and nobody is perfect. As landlords, we are now primarily looking for professionalism, honesty and transparency after the dreadful experience we had with the previous agent and that is what we have with Andrew Purnell.

I do nothing but praise and recommend Andrew Purnell. I am currently using their services to both rent a property and rent out mine. As a tenant they are nothing but helpful, attend to any issues quickly and efficiently and are very knowledgeable about the property. As a landlord they found perfect tenants for my property and made the whole experience stress free. I was heavily pregnant when I moved and if it wasn't for the agents professionalism and efficiency the whole process would have been a lot harder. Thank you To you and all of the Team
