The team at Wren have ran a seamless process for us to secure the apartment we wanted. Anthony, who showed us around the flat on short notice was extremely knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy, allowing us to come to a decision ourselves and answering any questions we had. From then, Hollie has kept us in the loop with everything going on, even dropping an email to nudge guarantors and references. Had a positive experience with this letting agent; they are quick to get back to me (a rare quality in Lettings agents it seems!) and are quite helpful with issues with the flat. I would suggest that they could be a bit smoother with checking flats for issues and resolving them between lets as they get new tenants in quite quickly, but in my experience they've been good at resolving issues in place when I move in. Hopefully the moving out process will be as smooth!
