I was a tenant for 1 and a half years and had a good experience dealing with Brunswick. The entire staff is great and always prompt in responses. In case of any issues, they were sorted out pretty quickly. They were very fast in responding to emails. One of the best letting agents in Glasgow - highly recommended.

Rented the property for 2 years through this agency. no big issue until we moved out. However we had a problem to get deposit back and took over 6 month to solve the issue. the agency wasn't really helpful then we appealed the landlord directly to the court.
