I've seen the same flat up for rent for months I email at least once a week since start of the year had 2 replies saying its off the market but still constantly on website and for let sign outside property I don't understand what is going on it would be ideal for me but obviously not interested in renting it out eh their loss!

Need improvement with feedback management system. Even if my application fails, be courteous to let me know. It's up to me how I deal with the 'rejection', but it's ok to tell your customers who are waiting.
