AVOID AVOID Disgusting Company. Rented me out a damp mouldy flat which they covered over with paint before I moved in so I couldn't see it. I complained and chased MyPad for 7 months and they didn't do anything to fix the issue. Staff could do with some training in customer service super rude and unprofessional! Owner of My Pad greedy does not care about tenants. My furniture is now all ruined and they would not even do anything to compensate towards this. PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOU ONLY WANT PROBLEMS! Had the worst year of my life because of MyPad.

After an awful experience with another estate agent I was very anxious about having to move but I cannot fault the service I have received from Katie and Leah over the last few weeks. I dealt with Leah who is so personable, a great communicator and made additional efforts outside of her usual responsibilities to support me in a rather fast move! By far the easiest experience I have ever had renting accommodation. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have lots of experience with various landlords and agencies around the country, and MyPad have made it so easy (now on my 2nd rental with them) to move in and out. The accomodation itself is high quality and good value. Simple, easy, great service without all of the usual beaurocratic hoops and fee-grabbing I would associate with letting accomodation. I opted for an bills-inclusive property, so moving in was essentially as easy as checking into a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

I rented a place from Mypad and was surprised at the standard of their places! They have places with gymnasium, cinema, parking all within the price of the rent. Hull is an excellent place to visit, I never realised it was such a friendly place.
