The company was founded by Bill Rockett in 2003 and since then we have built our reputation around our professionalism and first-class service, offering a unique packaged service that takes away the stress of letting or renting a property.

As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments. This 'Holding deposit' is non-refundable should you withdraw your offer or fail credit and reference checks. Should the landlord accept a pet to be allowed at the property, the landlord may request a higher rent to be paid.
