Absolutely terrible. Lived in a property for nearly two years under these. Where do I begin? Firstly we sent multiple reports of problems and issues with the property which were there before I moved in, nothing ever got done about any of them and was ignored multiple times. Was told I had a house inspection, actually turned out the landlords were selling the house that I didn't find out until an estate agent turned up at my door telling this.

Staff are blunt, not helpful and just seem outright lazy. Asked for my deposit back three times, was never even told the process of how to until my ex house mate called aswell. Still no real time of when I'll get it back as the lady on the phone barely spoke, was very unhelpful and just seemed to have a general lack of any motivation for her job. I highly recommend going with another agency as I've had nothing but persistent issues and two years down the line nothing was done about it.

Rented a room with Wards property and they have been responsive all through! Whenever I've needed anything fixing, it's been done promptly and properly. The whole team and especially the director, Justin has gone above and beyond, even replying emails and sorting out things outside of their normal office hours. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Because ALL their reviews are from bots so if they have to buy reviews on the internet Then then the real ones can't be trusted If they can't post real reviews it makes you wonder what else they're hiding

We cannot stress the brilliance of Justin and his team. They dont simply talk about good service. They deliver it. There is little more to say than if you are a landlord or a home renter you wont go far wrong by calling Wards.

As an overseas property owner the service that the Wards team provide is second to none. They are totally focused on providing the best service for both the tenant and the landlord. I rented a property from Wards for 6 years and I would happily rent from them again. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the online tools for paying rent and reporting maintenance issues are very convenient, and all reported issues were dealt with in a timely manner.
