Just had an exemplary experience buying a property through the Bury branch of Pearson Ferrier estate agents. We lucked out having a very friendly and efficient sales negotiator called Jennifer Sanders who talked us through each stage and was always contactable and returned emails and phone calls very quickly! Jenny was active in getting everything sorted when the process was stalled, chased where needed, always kept us in the loop with every development, Jenny effortlessly guided us through the process and remained next to us every step of the way. Highly recommended agents, extremely professionals, we couldn't have asked for better, Thanks Jenny!

Called and arranged a viewing of a property with Mr Pearson. Waited at the property at the agreed time/day but no one turned up. Further to waiting and calling their office I was advised nothing was in their diary for the viewing and Mr Pearson was not contactable. Ultimately wasted my time. Very unprofessional.

Mitchell and Jen sold my Mum's house which was her home of 60+ years. They gave great advice about what to do / not do to prepare the house for sale and managed the process superbly. Professional, good communication and fast to respond when the first sale fell through (buyer related issue, not Pearsons) and it was sold again in 5 days. Great work and many thanks from all the family.
