Established in 1999, Founder and Director Ann White set up Portfolio Properties in response to the growing Oxford rental market. With a strong background in lettings and a very loyal client base, Ann quickly grew Portfolio to the business it is today.

Is your property compliant

We are fully compliant with relevant legislation and make sure that all legal aspects of letting your property are up to date, understood and taken care of. As a landlord your property, by law, needs an annual gas safety inspection. This includes gas supply to the property and all gas appliances which must be carried out by a registered Gas Safe engineer.
Fees & Options

Set up the Standing Order with your tenants so all monthly payments are made directly to you. Landlords hold & register their deposit under the Find a Tenant Only service. If you prefer that we hold it for you, this must be specifically requested & a 35+VAT charge will apply. This service does not include organising contractors, routine maintenance or repair work on the property.
