Fees

Assessment of your property, advice on likely rental income, advice on steps that could be taken to increase the rental income. All charges are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%, but are subject to change should the VAT rate increase. We reserve the right to amend our fees if we give you reasonable prior notice.
