Poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Agent never turned up to viewing and staff lied that she was just parking at the property. She cancelled 25 mins later stating another offer was accepted without bothering to tell us. Don't waste your time with this company - time wasters and dishonest

Waited 30 minutes for agent after travelling 1.5 hours, but they did not even come. We called and asked and they said 2 mins away but then we received a text saying the viewing was cancelled as there had been an offer made. They are liars, time wasters and not people you want to do business with. Don't bother.

Adam is a real expert when it comes to the property market, he understands what is available as well as the clients requirements then ensures a perfect match. It is very difficult to find the right place, I had so many requirements and kept looking for months. Adam made sure to have the right property for me, showed me the area and provided insightful and honest advice. It took him a couple of days to find me my dream home and he even followed-up guaranteeing a smooth move-in. Would highly recommend Adam if you are looking for the right property!
