My past experiences of this industry have been consistently negative, and I just assumed this was the norm. Manlet were recommended to me as "good". I've used them to let my flat in central Manchester. The whole experience has been more than good, in fact excellent. A small but very focused and professional team. I have received practical and informed advice from day 1 on how best to market my flat and the rates to target.
Their service contract is fair, open and competitive. The office phone gets picked up every time and emails get prompt response. Talk to any of the team and they know what's going for your case. My flat was let in under 3 weeks at full ask with a smooth move in for all concerned. Yes, better than good - excellent - and I would highly recommend.

Great Service from Mike, he really helped us a lot on sorting out our moving to Manchester from London, I emailed almost every single office in Manchester to help us find a flat but no one could help us and actually they never got back to us with options but we were lucky Mike phoned us straight away once we applied and was very professional and helpful he saved us all of the stress and I would recommend Manlets agency to anyone to rent from them, definitely the best agent in Manchester.

I had the misfortune of a very unprofessional encounter with Andy Dixon who spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manner. I enquired about a new rental property and was spoken down to and belittled. Though Mike was more professional, I was appalled at the terrible service overall. All I could think of was; if this company was such a headache before letting, how much more difficult would these agents make my life after signing a lease?
There is no replacement for civility and professionalism and the way Manlets agents conducted themselves was a terrible representation for the company as a whole. I would avoid and go with someone more serious and professional!
